Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead youth classes with a fun, educational approach and a strong emphasis on safety. The role suits candidates with coaching experience and a passion for working with children of varying ages and skill levels.

The coach will provide individualized attention, maintain a non-competitive environment, and reinforce positive behavior. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to fit our flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching soccer at various youth levels.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and entertain audiences with a fun and dynamic personality.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! This person will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working as a soccer coach (or teacher, counselor or leader), and enjoys working with children.

• Our Coaches provide individualized attention to ensure every child has the ability to succeed
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
