Job summary

Youth Athletes United is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead fun, educational activities for children while ensuring safety and engagement. Prior coaching or teaching experience with youth is preferred, and coaches follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

We offer a competitive starting pay of $25/hr, with potential to earn up to $35/hr, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for professional development through training and feedback.

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position:

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! This person will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working as a soccer coach (or teacher, counselor or leader), and enjoys working with children.

• Our Coaches provide individualized attention to ensure every child has the ability to succeed
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
