Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing or related field.
• 2+ years in PCBA/ SMT manufacturing with hands-on process experience.
• Experience with SMT equipment programming, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and ongoing performance management for SMT/PCBA.
• Drive NPI activities for new SMT lines, including validation and ramp-up.
• Identify and resolve SMT defects, yield optimization and process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis using PFMEA/DOE/SPC.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams on DFM/DFA feedback.
• Travel to supplier sites up to 50% for audits and on-site support.
• Develop supplier scorecards and KPIs for cost, yield, and resilience.
• Support transition from prototype to mass production with capacity planning.
