Ideal Candidate : will have a bachelor's degree and bring over 8 years of relevant experience, including proven expertise in managing enterprise-level mobile marketing channels such as SMS and Push Notifications.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Lead SMS Mobile Marketing Manager is responsible for driving our mobile marketing strategy and managing the SMS, Push Notification and Inbox Messaging marketing channels. This role will manage marketing campaigns (broadcast, triggered & journey), define customer contact and frequency strategies, drive enrollment, build the A / B testing roadmap, and manage reporting and optimizations across mobile marketing channels. A successful candidate has experience managing enterprise-level mobile marketing programs (particularly SMS) while creating personalized, cross-channel customer experiences. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Mobile Strategy & Channel Management : Drive mobile marketing strategy and manage the SMS, Push Notification, and Inbox Messaging channels to maximize enrollment, engagement & retention. Customer Contact Strategy : Define customer contact strategies including preferred content, frequency & channel and deliver personalized, cross-channel customer experiences. Calendar & Audience Planning : Manage the calendar of broadcast mobile campaigns (e.g. product drops, promotions, etc.) and identify / segment target audiences to optimize engagement. Journey & Automations : Manage and optimize new mobile customer journeys and marketing automations in partnership with Dev team (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, price drop, etc.). Briefing : Prepare and deliver briefs to secure copy / creative for mobile marketing campaigns and initiatives. Campaign Management : Plan and analyze mobile marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion online and in-store. Reporting : Monitor and report on the performance of mobile marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. A / B Testing : Conduct A / B tests & manage the annual testing roadmap to optimize program performance. Enrollment : Develop and execute strategies to drive enrollment online and in-store. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Dev, App, Tech, Marketing Ops, Creative, Copy, Loyalty, Retail, Legal & more Compliance : Ensure mobile marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices in partnership with Legal. Competitive Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the mobile marketing programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience Experience managing enterprise-level mobile marketing channels including SMS & Push Notifications required Experience in retail industry preferred Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
