Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a high‑performing Innovative Project Director to rescue and grow clients financially and organizationally across the US. This hands‑on, client‑facing role places you at the forefront to lead from the front, drive performance, and improve client liquidity.

You’ll begin by mastering Cogent methodology, then support clients in moving financial improvements through operational and sales methods. Travel is required to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of consulting or equivalent experience delivering measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and client relationships with strategic, financial, and operational accountability.
• Strong financial literacy across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. (Sunday–Friday).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantifiable and sustainable value for clients across income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and quality of life.
• Lead development, implementation, training, and evaluation of client solutions to address challenges.
• Define scope, timelines and deliverables with the Senior Project Director.
• Manage full client relationships from origination to project review.
• Ensure invoicing and reporting are accurate and timely.
