Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Registration by the BRPT (Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists).
• Licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Performs all modalities of polysomnography including PSG scoring and tests in the laboratory.
• Performs difficult or unusual procedures such as complex sleep apnea and PAP titration.
• Accurately charts and maintains polysomnography paperwork.
• Arranges for maintenance and repair of polysomnography equipment.
• Adheres to safety standards and completes education assignments annually.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
