Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Journeyman Electrician (ACA 17-28-304), Journeyman Plumber (ACA 17-38-301), HVAC Mechanic (ACA 17-33-301).
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience; total 6 years in the trades.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the vision and guiding principles of the Finance and Administration Division.
• Conduct daily team meetings to assign work and communicate issues to the skilled trades foreman.
• Ensure team members have tools and materials needed for daily tasks.
• Check work status, inspect completed work, and report to the foreman.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes; report incidents to foreman.
• Administer time cards, work orders and related paperwork on time.
• Keep work order data current in the system; maintain proper information in job logs.
• Wear assigned uniform daily per FMOP; written exceptions require AVC approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
