Job summary

You will work with the Facilities Management team to complete preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, read blueprints, and maintain tools and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 5+ years in carpentry or plumbing or HVAC.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret building plans.
• Must be licensed journeyman Electrician/Plumber/HVAC per ACA codes.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the division's vision and guiding principles.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as directed.
• Maintain tools and materials in good working order.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete work orders and time cards accurately and on time.
• Follow all safety codes and report incidents to the team leader.
• Keep FAMIS work bench updated and notes on tasks.
• Wear assigned uniform daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
