Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Trade-related certifications may be required per the trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work in one or more trades to maintain state buildings and infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify issues early.
• Maintain and repair tools, machinery, and equipment used in trade-related tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Provide guidance or training to apprentices or less experienced workers.
