Make your winter season count at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. We’re looking for a Lead Ski Valet to take the lead on daily ski valet operations while delivering the kind of attentive, polished service our guests expect. If you’re confident leading a team, enjoy working outdoors, and know how to make guests feel taken care of, this could be a great fit!

ResponsibilitiesInclude:

As the Lead Ski Valet , you will set the standard for guest service while guiding and supporting your team. You’ll oversee the storage and handling of guests' skis, poles, boots, and ski bags, as well as assist with gondola and car loading and unloading. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient drop-off and pick-up station will be key to ensuring seamless operations. Your role will include assisting guests from check-in to check-out, answering questions about the local area, and working collaboratively with other departments to exceed guest expectations. You’ll also tackle special projects, assist in other areas as needed, and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. With a focus on employee and guest safety, you’ll lead by example, ensuring proper training, equipment upkeep, and adherence to company standards. Participation in training provided by Marriott and East West Resorts will round out your responsibilities, ensuring you deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Start Date: 11/23/2026 (may vary, based on Beaver Creek's opening date)

Employment Status: Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22/ hour

Schedule: 6:30AM - 7:00PM, 4 ten hour shifts

Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team. This role requires physical stamina, as you’ll need to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds, stand and maintain steady mobility for up to 8 hours, and work outdoors for your entire shift. You must also be able to regularly push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
