Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current PSIA/AASI certification required.
• 1-3 years ski/snowboard instructor experience and 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must meet the physical demands of ski and ride training and drills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily instruction at Ski and Ride School including curriculum development, scheduling, and class assignments; provide support with instruction as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, and inventory management; report guest feedback.
• Monitor instructor performance and provide feedback, recognition, or corrective action as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
