Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is hiring for winter 2026/27 as Ski & Ride School Team Lead, supporting daily operations, scheduling coaches, and coordinating private lessons while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma, English proficiency, at least 2 years in a Ski and Ride School, and PSIA/AASI certification preferred; MS Office skills and strong organizational and guest service abilities are essential.

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of SRS Locations. Duties include: scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, facilitating resolution of guest and employee issues as they arise, communicating safety policies and helping to ensure the location operation runs optimally. The Team Lead will communicate on a regular basis with location Supervisors, Managers and General Managers.The team lead needs to be willing to jump in and help out indoors or outdoors, whereever necessary.

• Starting Wage:$23.00/hr - $53.50/hr

The expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $53.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
