Job summary

PASSERINI & SONS INC in Pipersville, PA is seeking an Experienced Site & Utility Construction Foreman/Supervisor to lead underground utility projects. You will enforce standards, read plans, coordinate crews, ensure safety, and maintain quality through field testing and documentation.

This full-time position offers competitive pay based on experience, normal hours 7:00am–3:00pm, possible weekend work, and benefits including company health and dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation, 401K,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in underground utility construction including storm water, drainage, grading and excavation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven leadership, management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complete timecards and maintain accurate quantity records and timekeeping.
• Inspect work site and determine sequencing and safety concerns.
• Interpret contracts, plans, specs, drawings, layout and as-builts.
• Set grade for pipe installation using lasers and levels.
• Operate heavy equipment for excavation and backfill as needed.
• Track inventory and determine manpower and equipment needs.
• Coordinate daily tasks and adjust for weather, supply, or personnel changes.
• Ensure quality control testing is performed and documented.
