Watts Services LLC is a growing sitework contractor serving southeastern Pennsylvania with a strong backlog of current and upcoming work. We are looking for an experienced Utility Pipe Foreman to join our team and help lead underground utility installation operations in the field.

This is an opportunity to work directly with company ownership in a fast‑growing company where leadership, initiative, and craftsmanship are recognized and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily underground utility installation operations
• Lead crews safely and efficiently on active job sites
• Coordinate workflow to keep projects on schedule and productive
• Fill in hands‑on wherever needed to support efficient crew operation
• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel
• Order, track, and manage materials and jobsite needs
• Maintain quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications
• Communicate effectively with project management, inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Experience in underground utility/sitework construction
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read plans and understand utility installation requirements

• CDL and equipment operating experience are a plus
