Job summary

C2MG Builders in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA, is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution of our premier projects. You will plan, resource, drive, and stand behind every detail on site.

Must have 7+ years in high-end residential construction or historic restoration, strong leadership, and experience with scheduling software. OSHA 30 certification is required or obtainable, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restoration.
• Proven track record running projects $1M–$10M+ from start to finish.
• Deep understanding and daily practice of Extreme Ownership principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from mobilization to punchlist.
• Lead a high-performing team of carpenters and subcontractors; set the standard and accountability.
• Direct subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, and quality without exception.
