Job summary

Chinburg is seeking a Site Supervisor - Commercial Construction to lead on-site operations for assigned commercial projects. The role ensures safe, on-time, within-budget execution and strict adherence to contract documents and company standards.

You will supervise field staff, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality, and serve as the on-site Chinburg representative. Ideal candidates have five+ years of progressive commercial construction supervision, a construction management

Qualifications

Minimum five years of progressive commercial construction experience including field supervision.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily field operations to maintain schedule and productivity.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain site safety plan.
Review plans, inspect work, and manage punch lists through closeout.
Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and inventory control of materials/equipment.
Maintain daily logs and project documentation; promote a professional work environment.
