Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent who will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of field operations to execute energy construction projects. The role oversees foremen and trade personnel, ensures schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction, and works with safety and HR as needed.

Based in Northern California, the first project is in Lake Tahoe. The position is onsite with travel across the region; salary is $38-43 per hour.

Qualifications

• MEP related construction experience required.
• 3 years of related experience at the superintendent level or above required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all field operations for energy construction projects.
• Manage general foremen and trade personnel to meet project goals.
• Review submittals with foremen for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with purchasing to maintain material levels and orders.
• Monitor job costs and profitability, reporting to management.
• Enforce company policies and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with estimating to align sales goals with field execution.
• Develop customer relationships and communicate progress in weekly meetings.
• Travel onsite across Northern California; first project in Lake Tahoe.
