Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Finance)
***The location for this position is Addison, TX (position allows 100% full remote work from anywhere in the U.S.)***
Work with product and development teams to scale applications and infrastructure, ensuring performance and high availability. Develop systems and software to increase site reliability and performance. Collaborate with the development team to define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) that reflect service health. Monitor production and non-production systems, troubleshoot issues using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Evolve CI/CD pipelines leveraging SLIs and monitorability practices. Automate testing strategies to establish quality gates for deployments. Scale systems sustainably through automation and improve reliability and velocity. The role requires up to 10% domestic travel.
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year
