Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, via its Cape Fox Federal Integrators arm, seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst to lead analytics for Army logistics operations at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance reporting while mentoring junior staff.

An active security clearance is required. The position supports comprehensive logistics optimization, QA, and collaboration with operational managers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven Army logistics experience and knowledge of logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics analytics, data collection, trend analysis, forecasting support, performance metric development, and reporting for supply chain operations.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify operational patterns, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Support monthly analytical products, briefings, reports, and dashboards addressing supply availability, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, demand planning, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate warehouse denial trends, material release order activity, receipt processing, and logistics KPIs.
• Identify process improvements across inventory management, transportation optimization, supply chain performance, and Army regulations compliance.
• Direct, mentor, and review junior analysts to ensure timely, accurate analytical products.
• Use logistics systems and data tools to develop accurate, timely products for managers and leaders.
• Perform QA functions to review data, reports, and processes for accuracy and continuous improvement.

Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC (CFFI) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Logistics Analyst to join our team in support of AMCOM ALC SCMD requirements at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, the Lead Logistics Analyst serves as the lead for logistics analysis and process optimization, analyzing supply chain performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting informed decision-making for Army logistics operations. This position is contingent upon award.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven+ years of Army logistics experience, including at least three+ years of hands-on Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience.
• Familiarity with data mining, statistical analysis, visualization, trend analysis, prescriptive analytics, inventory management, and supply planning.
• Knowledge of inventory management, transportation optimization, Army supply regulations, and logistics process analysis.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear analytical products for operational managers and senior leaders.
• Experience supporting Quality Assurance activities, including reviewing data, reports, processes, and deliverables for accuracy, compliance, completeness, and continuous improvement.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
