TAS Energy, a Houston-headquartered company, seeks a Site Mechanical Superintendent to oversee all mechanical construction work for TAS module installations. You will coordinate site activities, mentor staff, and work with EHS and QA/QC to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in mechanical construction and modular installation.
• Willingness to travel domestically on short notice.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple construction disciplines.
• Strong communication and team interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction work for TAS module installations.
• Identify and hire contract mechanical staff as needed.
• Coordinate daily tasks for the site mechanical team.
• Report project status to Site Manager.
• Mentor mechanical staff and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules for mechanical activities.
• Ensure up-to-date drawings and documents are used.
• Maintain records with QA/QC leads and participate in lessons learned.
