Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid TX Driver's License and ability to operate a motor vehicle may be requested.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D/AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of construction drawings for multi-family, commercial/retail, industrial, and other project types.
• Concept development and participate in design analyses, evaluating engineering assessments for potential tracts.
• Attend and conduct meetings with clients, team members, and reviewing agencies with minimal assistance.
• Build relationships with clients, community leaders, and government officials; mentor staff within the project team.
