Job summary

Fehr Graham in Rockford, IL seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Site Development to lead civil/site development projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage client relationships, prepare proposals and coordinate with regulators while mentoring a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (WI/IL or able to obtain within 6 months), and 5+ years of progressive site development experience

Qualifications

• Formal civil/site development project management experience.
• Strong client communication and leadership.
• Experience with grading, drainage and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permitting processes.
