Job summary

Robert G. Campbell and Associates seeks an experienced Land Development / Site Civil Project Manager to lead site design efforts in the Charleston/Beaufort/Bluffton, SC area.

You will guide residential, commercial and industrial projects from concept through permitting, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies. This role requires strong leadership, CAD proficiency, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field from ABET-accredited university
• PE licensure in NC/SC/TN or eligible via reciprocity
• 10+ years of site development experience
• Experience with HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and project financials
• Strong CAD and design software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution across technical, financial, client coordination, approvals and permitting aspects
• Prepare proposals with project schedules and fees
• Lead and mentor design staff for site development
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements
• Oversee construction administration activities and RFIs
• Interface with clients and report project status
• Manage project quality control and profitability goals
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage CAD standards and file systems
