Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Site Civil Engineer for land development projects in Oakhurst/Monmouth County, NJ. You will design and manage projects from concept through completion, review plans and permits, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Eligible candidates have a civil engineering degree and 5+ years of site civil experience, knowledge of drainage and stormwater, permitting, and subdivision planning. A PE license and skills in AutoCAD or GIS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with site civil, land development, drainage design, and stormwater management.
• Experience with permitting, regulatory compliance, site development, and subdivision planning.
• Strong communication and project management skills with hands-on design oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage site civil, land development, drainage, and stormwater projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, permitting documents, site development plans, and regulatory submissions.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with municipal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while providing project oversight.
