Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a seasoned Site/Civil Engineer to lead our Land Development team in New Jersey, with offices in Bloomfield, Middletown or Mount Laurel. The role requires strong project management, zoning analysis, and design expertise for NJ land development projects.

The successful candidate will have a PE license (NJ/NY preferred) and 15+ years of progressive experience, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (NJ or NY preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in land development with expertise in zoning analysis, site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Land Development group in collaboration with Department Manager and Regional Market Leader.
• Manage and deliver projects for core clients, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, budgets and regulatory compliance.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities with private and public sector clients.
