Job summary

Visibility Signs & Graphics is looking for a skilled Sign Installer to join a small, fast-paced team. You will install and service signs across the state, lead a 2-person install crew, and coordinate with customers to ensure high-quality results.

We value hands-on ingenuity and experience with hand tools and bucket trucks. A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to work OT are important; flexible work-from-home options are listed, but this role is primarily on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a professional sign installer.
• Hands-on ingenuity.
• Expertise in using all types of hand tools.
• Experience with bucket truck and man lift operations.
• Knowledgeable of painting, welding, and sign making activities a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Leader of 2-man install team
• Sign installation and service
• Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); OT regularly
• Interface with customers
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and organization of assigned company trucks, tools, hardware and equipment.
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign installation professional
• Sign production, as needed
