Job summary

Visibility Signs & Graphics is seeking a professional Sign Installer to join a fast-paced team. You will lead a 2-man install crew, install and service signs, and interface with customers across the state. This is a full-time role with 40+ hours weekly and regular OT.

You will maintain trucks and tools and grow with a company that values craftsmanship and reliability. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with various sign-making tasks, bucket truck and man lift operations, and a disciplined

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a professional sign installer.
• Hands-on ingenuity.
• Expertise in using all types of hand tools.
• Experience with bucket truck and man lift operations.
• Knowledgeable of painting, welding, and sign making activities (a PLUS).

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-man install team.
• Perform sign installation and service.
• Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); OT regularly.
• Interface with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and organization of company trucks, tools, hardware and equipment.
• Keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to improve as a sign installation professional.
• Assist with sign production as needed.
