Qualifications

• US citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 10+ years in National Technical Means (NTM) missions handling SIGINT integration
• 5+ years in systems engineering, integration and testing, and SDLC
• 5+ years in leading teams with government stakeholders
• Excellent communication with NRO/NSA/DoD partners

Responsibilities

• Lead Altamira’s team on the HIVE Ground Integration contract
• Understand SIGINT mission and integration approaches
• Ensure successful mission integration testing across multiple developers
• Support government meetings to align strategy and execution
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical team
• Communicate vision to leadership and staff
