Job summary

Jet Linx in Hayward, CA is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for our midsize jet aircraft for Part 91 and 135 operations. Applicants must live in or relocate to the base area, with a 2-hour call-out window from home base.

The SIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and ensures safe and efficient operation per CFRs and company procedures. Compensation ranges from $89,000 to $125,000 annually with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO and life/disability

Qualifications

• Total Time 2000 hours minimum.
• PIC time of 500 hours.
• Multi-Engine time 500 hours.
• Turbine time 100 hours.
• Instrument flight time 150 hours.
• Current 1st Class Medical is required.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient operation of company aircraft per CFRs and procedures.
• Maintain communication with base for duties, trip notifications, and flight reports.
• Manage EFB hardware and chart publications to current status.
• Ensure navigation charts and company manuals are current.
• Demonstrate proactive decision-making and Jet Linx core values.
