Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Indiana is seeking a dedicated Shuttle Driver with a valid Class A CDL to join our team. You will handle loading and unloading palletized goods and transport nightly loads to our Indiana hub locations, delivering to customers and preparing vehicles for next runs.

The role features a 4-day work week with third shift hours (9pm – 7am) and home daily, supporting our distribution across the Hoosier state. A strong driving record and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience; 5 years preferred.
• Good driving record and ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Shuttle Drivers.
• Load/unload palletized product.
• Take nightly loads to Indiana hub locations and drop off product; load delivery vehicles.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday - 4 DAY WORK WEEK

• Third Shift: 9pm – completion (approximately 7am)

• Home Daily

Job responsibilities:

• Assist other Shuttle Drivers

• Loading/unloading palletized product

• Taking nightly loads to one of our Indiana hub locations and dropping off product, loading delivery vehicles

Job Requirements:
