Job summary

Duolingo is seeking an engineering manager and team lead for its Short Form Experience Team in the US. You will guide a cross-functional group of engineers to build bite-sized learning exercises, improving recall and production skills within Duolingo’s core learning experiences.

You will mentor engineers, define team OKRs, and ensure scalable, observable systems while collaborating with product, design, and data science partners to drive strong business metrics.
