Job summary

APAC-Atlantic, Inc., a CRH company serving Coastal Georgia, is seeking an experienced Shop Foreperson to lead day-to-day maintenance of on-highway trucks, asphalt, and heavy equipment. You will coach technicians, schedule work, and ensure reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on repair experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, and a two-year technical certificate; must have a valid driver's license and be willing to work overtime and outdoor conditions

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining trucks, diesel engines, and heavy equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, schedule, and coach technicians.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime.
