Job summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a team in the repair and reconditioning of equipment across Florida locations. The role requires 5–7 years of heavy equipment experience, strong English communication, and solid interpersonal skills.

Duties include reviewing work orders, coordinating material flow, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Qualifications

• Over five (5) to seven (7) years of experience working with heavy equipment is required.
• Must comprehend, speak, and write English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers repairing and reconditioning equipment.
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints for materials, operations, and sequence.
• Requisitions materials and examines defective machinery to determine causes.
• Inspects work in progress and finished products and assists with production schedules.
