Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• ASE Certification and manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, and motivates qualified service technicians.
• Assists technicians in developing their skills.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations.
• Ensures warranty and policy procedures are followed.
• Oversees training for department staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Monitors productivity, assigns repairs fairly, and provides technical support.
