Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations in handling, storing, and shipping food products. You will move and prepare shipments, operate forklifts and conveyors, and ensure safety and accuracy in documentation.

Ideal candidates are 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., with English proficiency and experience in shipping/receiving. The role involves cold environment work and flexible shifts, including weekends, with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with shipping/receiving is advantageous.
• Able to work in cold environments (32ºF to -35ºF).
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead accountabilities, support team members, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Move, receive, and ship products using computerized systems.
• Prepare, verify, and document shipments for accuracy and safety.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and conveyors.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse by following safety policies.
• Support other duties to ensure smooth operations.
