The Shipping Lead supports the supervisor in coordinating daily shipping operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull boxes, cartons, and shipping materials.
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and climb as required to perform shipping duties.
• Ability to handle and move cartons and packages safely throughout the shipping area.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities associated with shipping, sorting, staging, and loading.
• Ability to visually inspect shipping labels, cartons, paperwork, and order information for accuracy.
