Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations, lead Team Members, and ensure a high standard of guest hospitality. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to execute shifts, train staff, and uphold Arby’s operating standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move cases in walk-in cooler/freezer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in running a shift.
• Ensure operations follow Arby’s standards for quality, service and hospitality.
• Train Team Members to perform tasks correctly and safely.
• Staff positions to provide service to guests and maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain records and assist with scheduling to support sales and profits.
• Lead by example, motivate the team and uphold company values throughout the shift.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and oversee basic preventive maintenance.
• Support high standards of service and hospitality during all operating hours.
• Use management tools to keep neat, accurate records for planning and reporting.
• Communicate openly with subordinates, peers and supervisors about plans and progress.
• Foster esprit de corps with a positive attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Strive to increase sales and contribute to profitability.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt and perform beyond the stated duties.
