QDOBA Mexican Eats in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, motivate staff, and ensure guest satisfaction from opening to close.

You’ll guide the crew through flavorful shifts, support training and coaching, manage cash and inventory, jump in at the grill, register, or prep as needed, ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness, and maintain a positive, high-energy guest experience day after day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or retail team
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain guest service
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
