QDOBA Mexican Eats in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. As the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, you’ll guide operations and keep the vibes high.

You’ll contribute to training, handle daily tasks, and demonstrate a passion for great food and great vibes while supporting a people-first culture at Thrive Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and vibes.
• Support training and coaching of crew.
• Help manage inventory, cash and daily operations.
• Jump in across stations as needed (register, grill, line).
• Keep the location clean, safe, and running smoothly.
