Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.

As the go-to leader when the GM or assistant manager isn’t on site, you’ll train teammates, manage inventory and cash, and step in from register to grill to ensure great food and great vibes for every guest.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience
• Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Ability to train and coach teammates effectively
• Flexible with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
