You’ll plan for each shift, monitor performance, maintain safety and profitability, and help departments meet goals. Prior leadership in food service is preferred; 18+ and flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
