Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC in Appleton, WI, is seeking a Lead-Shift Maintenance to direct rotating 12-hour shift maintenance for reliability and production continuity.

ROTATING SHIFT HOURS - NIGHTS AND DAYS(12 Hour Shift)

Responsabilidades

As the Lead-Shift Maitenance you will coordinate shift maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment to support equipment reliability, production continuity, safety, and team effectiveness. The position prioritizes maintenance work in alignment with manufacturing requirements, including daily production planning and changeovers, while communicating closely with Shift Supervisors and maintenance associates. The Mechanic Lead provides coaching and on-the-job training, reinforces maintenance standards and lean behaviors, and supports root-cause solutions that improve equipment uptime and minimize reclaim. The role works independently within established priorities while providing day-to-day leadership, feedback, and direction to the maintenance team.

Maintenance Leadership

• Coordinating shift maintenance activities to ensure proper work prioritization.
• Ensure alignment with manufacturing including daily planning such as changeovers.
• Effectively communicating with Shift Supervisor and other maintenance associates to ensure team success.
• Providing feedback on underperforming maintenance associates and team training needs.

• Providing coaching and on-the-job training to improve individual and team skills of other maintenance associates and production team members.

• Audit maintenance lean behaviors to include standard work compliance in order to drive to root-cause solutions vs. temporary fixes.

• Have the ability to work independently, patiently directing the work team to maximize equipment uptime and minimize reclaim.

Calificaciones

Education/Experience

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Currently employed in, or prior experience working in, a Mechanic, Electrician, or comparable skilled-trades role with demonstrated experience performing mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• 1+ years of plant maintenance experience.
