Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders in all weather conditions.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
• Install and oversee installation of commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
