Tecta America Colorado is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee the shop and production team. The ideal candidate has experience with fabrication tools, breakdowns, and a strong safety record.

Candidates must bring their own tools, reliable transportation, and pass pre-employment screenings. The Foreman will supervise crew performance, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure work adheres to SMACNA and project specifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Foreman experience in a roofing industry setting.
• Must possess hand-eye coordination to use hand tools.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor.
• Ability to lift, unaided, 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure metal components are fabricated per manufacturers and SMACNA approved details, and in accordance to contractual specifications, blueprints, local and state codes.
• Set goals that ensure job requirements are met.
• Monitor manpower to ensure productive and safe work.
• Structure daily production goals and assign tasks with clear communication.
• Coordinate material deliveries with the office to avoid delays.
• Informe safety procedures and hold weekly toolbox talks.
