Job summary

Tecta America Colorado is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman to oversee our sheet metal shop and production crews. The ideal candidate will have experience with fabrication tools, brakes, and a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities include coordinating material deliveries, setting daily production goals, supervising journeymen and helpers, ensuring compliance with blueprints and SMACNA details, and maintaining accurate records and daily progress reports.

Qualifications

• 3 years' Foreman experience in a roofing industry setting.
• Must possess hand-eye coordination to use hand tools.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor.
• Ability to lift, unaided, 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations and production crews to ensure fabrication per details and specifications.
• Set daily production goals and monitor manpower for safety and productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct weekly toolbox talks.
• Maintain records and perform regular maintenance of sheet metal equipment.
