Qualifications

• 5+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Strong knowledge of SMACNA standards and fabrication best practices.
• Proficiency with brakes, shears, plasma tables, and hand tools.
• Excellent layout and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Run the sheet metal shop and oversee fabrication.
• Fabricate rectangular and specialty ductwork.
• Handle layout, measuring, and quality control.
• Manage workflow, material orders, and shop organization.
• Coordinate with project managers and field foremen to meet production schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate daily deliveries.
• Track materials, inventory, and fabrication requirements.
• Receive and track material orders and deliveries.
