Job summary

10x Recruitment is seeking a Practice Lead Attorney to build and lead a Washington sexual abuse litigation practice, with full autonomy over strategy, staffing, and client representation. The role offers a partnership track and the opportunity to be the public face of the practice.

Ideal candidates have prosecutorial experience and 2–3+ years litigating civil sexual abuse cases, with Washington admission or eligibility. Remote consideration is noted, with Seattle metro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's Washington sexual abuse practice, with autonomy over case strategy, case selection, and staffing
• Represent survivors in civil claims against institutional defendants — school districts, foster care and child welfare agencies, hospitality brands, youth and religious organizations
• Own files end to end: case evaluation, discovery, expert work, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial
• Work with survivors in a trauma-informed way, with the support and pacing that requires
