Job summary

Generator Supercenter in Nashville is seeking results-driven Lead Setters to engage with Costco and Lowe’s customers inside our retail stores. You will research potential clients, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.

Travel to different locations around Nashville and its surroundings is required. Shifts run Thursday to Sunday, with hours from 10 AM to 8 PM, and the role requires basic customer service skills, cordiality, and tech-savviness

Qualifications

• Basic customer service skills.
• Being cordial is important.
• Must be tech savvy & familiar with using an iPad (Apple product).
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities.

Additional Sales Breakdown

• $15 - $19 p/hr
• $10 / per booked appointment that doesn't cancel
• $40 / per sold appointment
