Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking Lead Setters to generate leads for customers interested in a Generac standby home generator. This role is part-time and based inside Lowe's Warehouses in North Texas, including Nacogdoches, Lufkin and Livingston.

No experience is required. You’ll focus on friendly, proactive engagement with Lowe's members, book appointments, and drive sales with a commission component. Flexible Thursday–Saturday schedule with a friendly team atmosphere.

• Must be a driven, people person that is not afraid to greet and engage Lowe's members.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion to help others.

Must be able to Travel. We currently have approximately (3+) Lowe's Warehouses in the North Texas and Surrounding Areas where we need Lead Setters to Generate Leads for Customers who are interested in a Generac Standby Home Generator. The locations are in Nacogdoches, Lufkin and Livingston.

We help people achieve a more comfortable, safe, and healthy environment in their homes by educating them on generator systems and more! We are an essential business, and we treat everyone like family.

We are currently looking for some outstanding individuals to join our team! We need friendly faces to generate leads & book appointments Part-Time, Thursday through Saturday, inside of the Lowe's Warehouses.

• Must be a driven, people person that is not afraid to say "Hi!", engage and chat with Lowe's members.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion to help others is key
• COMPENSATION: ** $15-$18 Hourly + Commission **
