Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and innovate through cutting-edge solutions.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and provide direction to team members.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of resources including offshore.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and lead design sessions.
